LAST AUTUMN, I TRAVELLED TO BUDAPEST, HUNGARY, and on my way to the hotel saw a box truck advertising an Oldtimer Show with a picture of an antique car. I happened to be in Budapest over the weekend and was able to go to the car show. I found three Alfa Romeos on display.
The next day, I went to the 365 Oldtimer Museum, which had a German car show running at the time. Although they didn’t have any Alfa Romeos on display, they do have an Alfa Busso engine prominent on their home page. I thought my fellow members would enjoy the pictures from the detailed information about Hungarian János Viktor (a.k.a. Vittorio Jano, who was of Hungarian descent, but born in Turin).
