Maintains the overall club events calendar
and provide it for the website. Sees that announcements of new events get
written and provided for the website. Makes sure that reports on events get
written and photos gathered shortly after each one and provides them for the website. Each event should have its own organizer, on whom the Events Seat can call
to supply pre- and post-event write-ups. |

Membership

Handles all membership-related queries and
issues as they arise. Maintains liaison with AROC National.
Forwards memberships we receive to National and gets them into our
database. Chases down members who've dropped out and gets them to renew.
Makes sure that there is always a current list of members' email
addresses for club announcements. Devise strategies for enhancing our membership
numbers. |

Merchandise

Proposes items that the Club Store should
carry, gets pricing, and places orders. Maintains the physical inventory and
shipping materials. Ships orders to customers as they are received. Brings
merchandise to club events and sets up a sales presence. Calculates profit &
loss. |

Advertising

Maintains good relations with our current
advertisers, and solicits new ones. Works with them to obtain ad artwork for the
website and keeps it up to date. Sends out annual invoices and follows up for
payment. Visits the advertisers over time and writes up "Vendor Profiles" for
the website, which would give them additional exposure. |

Concours

Organizes AONE's presence at Tutto
Italiano. Keeps the club's canopies, brings them, and sets them up.
Coordinates with the Museum and Tutto staff. Arranges for tables, works
with Merchandise Seat to stock them. Schedules members to man our
"booth" so that we're represented at all times. Works with
Membership Seat to solicit new members, etc. Gets info to Events Seat before and
after the concours. Could also develop other concours venues. |
