Hog Wild Pig Roasts is a Wakefield, MA, company owned and operated by AONE member and ’92 Spider driver David Roberto. David says that his gang can cook for as many people as you can muster. He'll roast a pig for your gathering and include paper products, corn, coleslaw, baked beans, and a big jug of ice tea or lemonade. The way he cooks is with hardwood charcoal and smoke — this is not done with propane. He also stuffs the porker with apples, garlic, rosemary and onions — it's outstanding! He also will also cook burgers, dogs, etc. at minimal cost.
