Precision Automotive Restoration Tour
Saturday, May 30th |
By Jim Miga
Mark Allin and
Carrie Holt of Precision Automotive Restoration, Inc.
have invited Alfa Owners of New England, Typ 356
Northeast, The Motorheads, and the
Jaguar Association of New England for a
tour of their new facility in Newburyport, MA.
Precision AR is a high-quality full
restoration and service shop founded in 2002, but the people here have been
restoring award-winning cars together for more than 20 years. The Precision
team specializes in the great European
marques from the 1950s through 1970s
such as Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Maserati, Cobra, and
more. Many of their customers have cars restored and prepped for racing as
well as for concours. There are always some very rare and interesting
projects to see at Precision AR!
Also, Newburyport is home to many great
places to have lunch and a beer after the tour. (And did I mention the
ocean?)
The tour will be held on Saturday, May
30th, at 11AM. Coffee, doughnuts, and juice will be served. Please contact
Jim Miga (781-729-7567 or j_miga@comcast.net) by May 23rd to let him know
you’re coming, since space is limited!
