Italian Car Tour to (and BBQ at)
Jeff Greenfield's Shop in Lenox, MA

Saturday, April 28

here's one for you members who live in the western part of our region and the many new members from Connecticut!  Jeff Greenfield, a true Alfa guy who owns and operates a shop in Lenox, MA specializing in the service of Alfa Romeos and other Italian makes, is sponsoring a scenic drive this Saturday, ending up at his shop for lunch and a tour. Here's the scoop:

The meeting place is the Wendy's parking lot just off Exit 3 from the Mass Pike. As you exit the toll plaza, bear right and then take your first right into the parking lot. We will meet there at 10:30 am, and plan to leave promptly at 10:45. Jeff and/or some accomplices will be there to meet people and lead the drive. From there, it will be about a 1.5-hour drive to Jeff's shop. The event is in conjunction with the New England Ferrari Club of America, so this could make for an interesting trip, as some of these people know how to drive and do so rather enthusiastically. Other accomplices will remain in Lenox so that everything will be set up by the time the cavalcade pulls in.

If anyone is coming from other points, or does not wish to do the scenic drive from Westfield, Jeff will provide directions. Contact him at alfaguy@acme-ltd.com or 413-446-1640 (cell). Lunch will be an informal, simple barbecue (munchies, hamburgers, hot dogs, etc). If anyone wishes to stay over in the Berkshires Saturday night, Jeff can offer some suggestions of where to stay.

Jeff ran the route yesterday, encountered very little traffic, and reports that the roads are great! Come on out!Tiny Quadrifoglio
