At press time, the date hadn’t been set, but we’re in contact with the folks at the Josiah Smith Tavern in Weston, MA, where our annual AONE Winter Dinner Party will take place. This year’s bash will again be held at the site of countless AONE blowouts over the years—why mess with a good thing? It’s a cozy, old, comfortable, wood-paneled, centrally located venue—perfect for our gathering—everyone agrees that there’s no better possible place!

The format will be the same (although who knows what might happen?)—we’ll all be bringing our Italian-oriented pot luck fare, perhaps a little vino, and a pent-up desire to talk Alfas (or whatever) with our fellow members and friends. There will certainly be a lot of gabbing about our convention experience this past summer, and making plans to host the next one. (Just kidding.) As always, there will be lots of great (and not-so-great) Alfa-oriented door prizes, and very likely an interesting guest speaker.

This event has become a most enjoyable institution, with well over 50 party-goers attending in recent years. It makes for a great break in the winter and reminds us that Alfa season is just around the corner. Stay tuned to this web page as the date and details unfold!

From the East: Take Route 128 (I-95) to the Weston/Route 20 exit (Exit 26). Follow Route 20 west for 1.2 miles until you reach the first set of lights. Take a right onto School Street, and travel one block to the town center. Take a left, and the tavern is a white clapboard building on the left.

From the West: Take Route 20 east. One-half mile past the Weston Police Station, you will reach a set of lights. Take a left onto School Street, and travel one block to the town center. Take a left, and the tavern is a white clapboard building on the left.
