Annual AONE Autumn Barbecue
at Glynn Motorsports

Saturday, November 3

Tom the chef
President Lesko beckoning all
AONE members to come to the
Autumn Barbecue / Tech Session / Swap Meet
...with a wiener

"Huh? You mean Tech Session/Swap Meet, don’t you?" Well, all right. Yes, there will be a Tech Session. Several of them, actually, as Paul Glynn and his knowledgeable crew make themselves available to discuss whatever topics may be on your mind regarding the care and maintenance of your Alfa, vintage racing, motorsports in general, the World Series, or World Politics. And yes, you can be on the lookout for any Alfa parts that you might need, or bring along any Alfa parts, manuals, Alfabilia, or Hank Aaron baseball cards to sell or swap.

But this year we’re going to take things one step further and throw in a BBQ to boot, courtesy of your friendly local Alfa club. The BBQ was such a success at our gathering at the New Hampshire Vintage Festival in August that we’ve decided to see how it’ll fly in November. Besides, AONE President Tom Lesko likes to stand next to the fire.

So come one, come all, bring the significant others, bring the kids, bring your Alfa and whatever extra Alfa bits you might have lying around. In addition to our own great Alfas to admire, Paul always has lots of interesting cars around for us to peruse.

Glynn Motorsports is located at 120 Rear Haverhill Street, Rowley, MA 01909. Directions: From I-95 take Route 133 East toward Rowley, straight through a traffic light crossing Route 1, 1-2 miles and turn right at the sign for Glynn Motorsports. Proceed warily as you get close, since it’s easy to miss. There is a large lot to park and show your parts, display your car, and walk around to work off the effects of the feast.

The festivities begin at 10AM and we’ll be lighting the barbie toward noon. See you there! Tiny Quadrifoglio

Just think what it’ll be like with a barbecue added to the mix!
