Just Wait Until Next Year!

Hopefully, when you read this, all is well in January 2000 and we have successfully "driven our Alfas into the next century". Isn’t it nice that the new century starts with an Alfa engine size? What a way to start the millennium! Enough of that now! So we are on the road to having one of the best AONE years in recent memory after a great 1999. Our last event of 1999 had one of the best turnouts for many years!

We will be starting off the new Alfa 2000 year with the dinner meeting this month. I hope to see many of you there - it will be a good time! And don’t forget - we give out door prizes! Last year, I believe that most of the attendees went home with an Alfa prize ranging from refrigerator magnets and key fobs to fender covers and posters. The Josiah Smith Tavern is a comfortable place to have a dinner/meeting, a bit less confined than the restaurant last year and fairly centrally located for us all. So bring a dish of some sort and plan on renewing acquaintances, having good conversation, and being entertained by our guest speaker. We will have a big screen TV projector for your viewing pleasure.
