The Party is On!

AONE members found in their December issue of Velocissima a postal-looking thing down at the bottom of Page3. It’s the form that can be sent in to let us know that you’re coming to the AONE Millennial Bash on January 15! But all of you hip internet-connected Alfisti can sign up online! The time, place, and most of the details are all arranged - all we need is YOU (well, and maybe a little food) to make it a success! There’s lots more info available about the AONE Winter Party, and we’ll let you know the final details next month.
For those of you who remain to be convinced that our club is really getting viable and active again, check out the report on the AONE Fall Tech Session / Swap Meet that we held on November 6. We weren’t able to count how many of your fellow Alfisti were there, but it was a terrific showing! If you were there, you know what I mean; if you weren’t, maybe you’ll want to make sure that you don’t miss the next one!
Some of you may have spotted our new AONE display stand at your local Alfa shop. There’s a photo of it below. It quickly sums up the benefits of membership in our club, and has tear-off application forms so that Alfa owners who are not currently AROC/AONE members can easily join our ranks. Many thanks to AONE Director Steve Silverstein who came up with the clever mechanical design (not surprising - he’s an Alfista!) and assembled the displays. If you know of a shop or other establishment that ought to be flaunting our displays, give me a shout (781-320-8208 or dave@dvpratt.com) and we’ll see that it happens!
AONE members also received a little holiday present in the December issue - the new official AONE window sticker. Wear it proudly!
