1957
Giulietta Spider [Normale] - Ready for road or track. Car has the original
engine and a 5-speed transmission. It has been kept as stock-appearing as
possible with a few race modifications while still maintaining it as a street
car. The car has a removable hardtop [very rare]. Also has five SZ-Style
Magnesium Racing Wheels [@$600 each]; these wheels are made of aerospace-grade
magnesium and weigh only 6 kilos. We imported these from London in 2000.
One-inch front ant-roll bar [swaybar]. Car had been maintained by Keith Goring
of Alfas Unlimited, Norfolk, CT. History: Archivo Storico Alfa Romeo
verifies that the car was manufactured 10 July 1957 and sold on 5 August 1957 to
the Hoffman Motor Car Company in New York City. The car is registered for the
road in Connecticut, has vintage CT car plates with the letters "ALFA." Car was
previously owned by Jim Hayes of Alfa Romeo fame. Documentation: VSCCA
Vehicle Log Book. Full repair history since purchase of car in 1998...some older
records also available. Many photographs at
http://www.cthrr.com/alfa/.
$32,995. Skip Persson, Woodbury CT, 203-263-7840,

1971
Spider - Barn find with approx. 44k miles that has been sitting in dry
storage for approx. 30 years. The 1750 motor included needs a total rebuild but
I do have a good 1969 1750 available at an extra cost. The only rust that I have
found is primarily around the drivers side rocker panel but does not seem to
have gotten to the sills; otherwise, the rest of the car has no serious rust. At
some point, it looks as if it took a hit from behind to the passenger side that
tweaked the bodywork a bit, but nothing serious enough to affect the ride. So it
can be driven as-is, but since it needs new paint, it probably would be a good
time to clean it up. On the good side, this car is structurally almost as good
as new, the interior is in excellent condition with only a small tear in the
drivers seat, and even the top is in good shape. This would be a great platform
to put together a nice "driver" condition '71 Spider without a lot of work.
Asking $2450. Lou, Medfield MA, 508-930-1323,

1989
Milano Verde – This car was involved in an accident and it has considerable
front end damage - see pictures. The engine is still good, though. It was
started after the incident and it turned over, only for a second in order to
check it. I was hoping to turn it into a race car or part it out….well, good
intentions, at least. It has sat covered in the driveway for a number of years,
washed and checked on at times. I would prefer that an Alfista get this car so
it may live on, if only partly, rather than the recycler, so I am offering it up
here. After all, a working 3.0L V6 Alfa engine is far from junk. The car had
many upgrades to it including 164S cams, 528i AFM, K&N filter, Stebro exhaust,
cross drilled & slotted rotors, Porterfield R4S pads, Momo wheels, Shankle SS
roll bars, Koni yellows, Alfa Heaven anti dive bar. I can't part it out nor can
I move it. The car is offered all-or-nothing and you will need to transport it.

Parts For 101/105/115 Cars - UPDATED
3/10! I have just recently parted out or am in the process of parting out the
following cars: 1965 Giulia Sprint GT, 1966 Euro Giulia Sprint GT Junior, 1971
Euro Giulia Sprint GT Junior, (3) 1974 GTVs, 1969 Duetto Spider, 1979 Spider and
a 1982 Spider. Needless to say, I am swimming in parts, especially engines,
trannies and rear ends so please contact me with your needs! I also have some
specialty items such as a complete factory AC system from a 1974 GTV which was
the only year it was exported to the USA. Along with the typical AC items, it
comes with a special fit center console, complete wiring harness, GTA style rear
mounted battery tray. I also have all the factory tinted glass less the
windshield. Somehow I ended up with a rear end assembly with helper springs from
a '66 Junior Sprint that was used in LNG cars and wagons, etc., so if you got
something that needs this oddity, I have it! I also have a few project cars that
are potentially for sale so please check my car for sale ad. If you are
interested in any of this stuff then please send an email or call me. Also,
please check out my eBay store - the account name is fatdogent53. Lou, Medfield MA,

Sound
Deadening Material - Free! - I have 100 square feet of FatMat "RattleTrap
Xtreme" sound deadening material that I'm not going to use. Probably enough to
do two Alfas! Similar to Dynamat but RattleTrap is more dense and self-adhesive.
(Visit www.FatMat.com.) Sat
in a little water but the adhesive is still perfect. Paid $160, free to the
first Alfista who promises to 1) use it in an Alfa and 2) write up a report on
the results for our website. Dave Pratt, Dedham MA,
